  1. Eligibility for ReturnsCustomers may return insulated cups and ceramic cups within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Customized products are excluded unless they have manufacturing defects.
  2. Return ProcessContact our customer service to request a return authorization (RA) number before sending back any items.Package the product securely with the original packaging materials. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package.Ship the returned item to our physical address (provided below). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  3. Refund and Exchange ProcessingRefunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3 - 5 business days), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5 - 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.Exchanges: For size or style exchanges (where applicable), we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is verified as eligible. Exchange shipping fees are covered by us for defective items; otherwise, customers bear the cost.
